With nearly 40 years of experience in litigation, forensic accounting and business valuation, Bryan Jones is recognized as one of the world’s leading testifying and consulting experts, helping attorneys in matters arising from financial fraud, misconduct, and business and personal disputes.
The former chair of KPMG’s Global and U.S. Dispute Advisory Services and former partner in the company’s Forensics practice, Bryan has overseen investigations of fraud, conducted damages analysis, and analyzed claims in complex disputes. He has also served as the signing and concurring partner on several Independent Review Organization engagements for healthcare providers operating under corporate integrity agreements. His sector experience includes a variety of highly-regulated industries, including healthcare, life sciences, and government contracting.
Recognized as one of the world’s leading commercial arbitration expert witnesses by Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration, Bryan has testified as an expert before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, district courts of the U.S., Texas, and Louisiana, and commercial arbitration panels. Bryan has served as a neutral accountant to resolve post-acquisition disputes.
Accredited in business valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Bryan’s experience includes forensic accounting, damages analysis, lost profits, post-acquisition disputes, and the identification and investigation of fraud. Who’s Who Legal: Consulting Experts recognizes him as a leading expert in Financial Advisory and Valuation – Quantum of Damages.
Bryan is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting with honors from the M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.

Bryan lives in Dallas with his wife Lee. They have three grown sons.
